In-Store Sales Executives
Responsibilities :
- Identify the target market
- Maintain up-to-date information on the pricing and availability of goods
- Grow market share by ensuring assigned sales targets are met* Frequently meet with customers to discuss sales and new products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the provision of superior services to the customers
- Provide market intelligence to stakeholders, identify product gaps and new business opportunities
- Develop sales proposals that speak to the customers’ needs, concerns, and objectives.Must ensure growth in sales area (City, Territory or Region)
- Must Provide proper supervision for the sales Representatives
The Role :
What we are looking for :
- A first degree (B.Sc) or its equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in an FMCG Industry
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Resident in the stated location
- Good knowledge of the designated market
- Ability to speak the local language
